Your challenge this week is all about building a fit and strong body!
CHALLENGE: Every day youβll pick ONE exercise and do 50 repetitions of it. And if you miss a day, you have to do 10 extra the next day
Be sure to warm up first with some light cardio/movement, and then hit those reps, taking breaks as needed.

- Sit-ups
- Jumping jacks
- Burpees
- Hip bridges
- Ab bicycles
- Inchworms
