CHALLENGE: Every day you’ll pick ONE exercise and do 50 repetitions of it. And if you miss a day, you have to do 10 extra the next day πŸ˜‰πŸ”₯

Be sure to warm up first with some light cardio/movement, and then hit those reps, taking breaks as needed.

  • Squats
  • Push-ups
  • Lunges
  • Sit-ups
  • Jumping jacks
  • Burpees
  • Hip bridges
  • Ab bicycles
  • Inchworms
